Please note that the estimated shipping timeline is an estimate and may vary due to factors outside of our control. We will provide updates on the status of your preorder via email. Once your item ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery within the contiguous US and Canada, and up to two weeks for HI & AK.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS
To cancel your pre-order, send an email to customerservice@blueskycw.com. We will assist in canceling if your order is not yet shipped. If for any reason we are unable to fulfill your order, you will be refunded and notified via email.
