Welcome to Blue Sky Clayworks! We’re committed to providing the best possible shopping experience. Our dedicated team in Ontario, CA, works hard to package and ship your orders as fast as we can get them out.

Shipping Timeframes
 **Processing Time**: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

 **Shipping Time**: Shipping times may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  - Domestic (within the lower 48 US): 5-7 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary. Factors such as weather, high volume of orders, and postal service disruptions are beyond our control.

Shipping Rates and Costs

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $100 within the contiguous United States.

For orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii:
A flat rate shipping fee will apply.
Please note that shipping times may vary for orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.

 

Order Confirmation

An Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided when creating your account. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through the provided link.

Returns and Refunds

We want you to love your Blue Sky finds as much as we do! We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition for a full refund or exchange minus applicable shipping charges.
