Products & Shopping

Yes! All of our mugs, teapots, and dinnerware products are food safe and meet Prop 65 standards, ensuring they are safe for use. You can enjoy them with confidence.

Our teapots are designed to be decorative conversation pieces and are not intended for use on the stovetop. We recommend adding boiled water to the teapot rather than heating it directly. While our teapots are food safe, microwave safe, and dishwasher safe, we also suggest hand washing the teapot to preserve the quality of the hand-painted design.

Unfortunately, we are unable to provide valuations for retired Blue Sky Clayworks items or collections. With over 25 years in business, we have created a vast range of designs, many of which have become priceless cherished collectibles.

We partner with many trusted retailers and sometimes create custom products tailored specifically for their stores. Some of these items are exclusive to those retailers, while others may become available through multiple channels. This allows us to offer a wider variety of designs and unique collections across different shopping experiences.

We do not have a standalone retail store at this time. However, you can find our products at various trusted retail partners. Check out our Trusted Partners page for a list of stores that carry our collections!

No, we do not offer individual personalized pieces at this time. However, we do create a wide range of unique designs and collections. Keep an eye on our latest releases—you might find something perfect for you!

No, we do not accept phone orders. All purchases must be made through our website for a secure and seamless shopping experience.

Shipping

We take great care in packaging and handling our ceramic products to ensure they arrive safely and in perfect condition. Most items are packed with space-filled styrofoam to prevent movement and provide extra protection. For certain items, we use bubble wrap for added security. While we do everything possible to prevent damage, occasional breakage can still happen due to the delicate nature of ceramic. If your item arrives damaged, please email us at customerservice@blueskycw.com, and we’ll work quickly to resolve the issue.

All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping times vary based on your location. For domestic orders within the lower 48 US states, the estimated delivery time is 5-7 business days. Please note that delivery times may vary due to factors like weather, high order volumes, or postal service disruptions.

Yes! We offer free shipping on all in-stock orders over $100 within the United States (including HI & AK), Puerto Rico, and APO AE. Please note that preorders do not count towards the $100 minimum for free shipping, and preorders must be placed in a separate transaction to qualify for free shipping.

We currently only ship to the US including Hawaii and Alaska, Canada, and Puerto Rico. Shipping to Canada is available at a flat rate of $30 for all orders. Please note that this rate is excluded from preorder free shipping and the $100 minimum for free shipping promotions.

Returns

Change your mind? We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you're not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in their original condition for a full refund or exchange (minus shipping costs). The buyer is responsible for return shipping. To start a return, contact us atcustomerservice@blueskycw.com.

We take great care in securely packaging each item to ensure it arrives safely. However, ceramic is delicate by nature, and despite our best efforts, breakage can occasionally occur during transit.

If your item arrives damaged, please email our customer service team at customerservice@blueskycw.com with your order number and clear photos of the damaged item. We’ll be happy to assist you with a replacement or resolution as quickly as possible.

Orders

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification with a tracking number. You can use this tracking number to track your order’s progress. Additionally, if you create an account with us, you can log in at any time to view the status of your current and past orders. This gives you easy access to your order history and tracking updates.

If you didn’t receive your order confirmation email, especially if you use a Hotmail, AOL, or Yahoo account, please reach out to us atcustomerservice@blueskycw.com, and we’ll help you with that.

Blue Sky Rewards

Our loyalty rewards program is a great way to earn points for every purchase you make! Simply sign up for an account, and you’ll automatically start earning points for every dollar spent, as well as for other activities like signing up, referring friends, and following us on social media. You can then redeem these points for free gifts or discounts on future purchases. For more information, see our rewards page.

Our loyalty rewards program launched on January 1, 2025, and we’re only able to honor points for orders placed from that date onward. If you made a purchase in January and didn’t receive points, please contact us atcustomerservice@blueskycw.com, and we’ll manually adjust your order to ensure you earn your rewards.
