Shipping Timeframes
We are currently experiencing high volumes of orders. Please expect a couple of days in delay for processing time. Thank you for your understanding and patience!
**Processing Time**: All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
**Shipping Time**: Shipping times may vary based on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Domestic (within the lower 48 US): 5-7 business days
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and actual delivery times may vary. Factors such as weather, high volume of orders, and postal service disruptions are beyond our control.
Shipping Rates and Costs
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
FREE SHIPPING is automatically applied at checkout for all orders over $100 to the United States (HI & AK included), Puerto Rico, and APO AE.
Shipping to Canada is available at a standard flat rate fee of $30 for all orders.
Order Confirmation
An Order Confirmation email will be sent to the email you provided when checking out. If you have a Hotmail, AOL or Yahoo email account and did not receive an order confirmation email, please reach out to customerservice@blueskycw.com
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number. You can track the progress of your shipment through the provided link.
Returns and Refunds
We want you to love each piece as much as we do! We offer a 10-day return policy from the date of receipt. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item(s) in its original condition for a full refund or exchange minus shipping costs.
