Once you create an account, you will receive an email with the $10 reward code to be used on any order over $50.

Log in to your Blue Sky Rewards account, scroll down to "Ways to Earn". Then click on the "Celebrate a birthday icon" and enter your birthday. Your birthday reward will be automatically added on your birthday!
